This mother of 3 underwent bilateral breast implant exchange. We removed textured implants with total capsulectomy that had been placed earlier at another practice. We replaced them with high-profile 520cc silicone implants under the muscle with GalaFlex3D mesh for support in both breasts. The After photos show 2 years post-op.
